Questions about keys and payment
Is the key tied to a computer or an account?
To a computer. Each key activates 1 computer. To move: remove the old computer in Account, then paste the key on the new one.
Is there a discount for several computers?
Yes. The 2nd computer onwards is 30% off. Pick the number of computers above and the price updates; each computer gets its own key.
What happens after the first 12 months of a lifetime licence?
You keep using the version you have, forever. To keep receiving new releases, click “Renew updates” in your Account — 30% of the licence price per year.
How soon do I get the key after paying?
Pay by bank transfer. We check the payment and email your key, usually within a few working hours (Mon–Sat, 8:00–17:00 UTC+7); international wires take 1–3 business days to arrive. The key also appears in your Account.
Do I need a new key when I renew?
No. Click “Renew” next to the key in Account; once paid, the time is added to the key you already use.
Do I lose my models when the licence expires?
No. SketchUp files open as normal. Only the plugin commands are locked until you renew.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with an emailed receipt showing your company name if you enter it at checkout. Prices are final — no taxes or fees are added at checkout.
My workshop’s machine isn’t a 4-head CNC. What then?
DIM CNC currently has a post-processor for 4-head CNC machines with 1220 × 2440 boards. Other machines: open a ticket with your machine model before buying.
